What's Your Worth?

"Your problem is you're...too busy holding onto your unworthiness." - Ram Dass

If that doesn't hit the nail on the head....now how does one go about letting go of this feeling, and accepting the fact that one is indeed worthy...of love, life and happiness....

Well I am going to start by sending myself half way around the world for some much needed new experiences and perspectives. I am open.
Open to love, life and happiness.

Keep jumping across the stones in the river...

Sojourner.

Sometimes the world moves in. Pushed us to go on, so we go on, we flow on, we move on.
Let go of where we've been and where we are...
always moving on...always being tested...the pressure just building and building...
but the pressure isn't there at all really...and we rise above...take it one at a time...
stay steady...ride the wind...
we are only sojourners of this place...

You Can Always Go Down Town.

These are some photos I snapped a couple months ago. A friend (caught in 3rd photo down) and I wandered around downtown LA bored one day. Here are some of our findings...

Miss Misery.

I've been doing a lot of thinking...what do I want from this life?
I want happiness and I want to live a good life.
What do these things mean exactly? I am not sure...
I want happiness yet, I make sure to be miserable.
What would happiness be?
To be loved, to be accepted, to add good into the world,
to maybe have children one day when I feel ready...
I want to add beauty and understanding to others' lives
Offer a new perspective for those out there feeling imprisoned....

I feel sad today. I feel heartbroken. I am aching inside.

The Forest Through The Trees.

Thick and dense are the woods. Winding are the roads. If you're not careful you won't know from whence you came. The sun will guide you with its warm rays.
Pushing across the sky as the day wears on.
The afternoon settles and the twinkling of magic hour begins. The last hope of finding a way out from the trees. The sun falling under the horizon, inviting you to follow him. And you feel the burn in your legs as you race to keep up. Only to find he has led you to a cliff with no way down.
You must go back.
